"Online Education in the New Millennium: Three Instructional Strategies for the Internet" Cal State Dominguez Hills has developed a model for online courses that integrates three intructional strategies: Internet broadcasting (Rotor System), web pages (Blackboard CourseInfo) and Video on Demand (Callisto's Voyager Media System). Courses are being designed that match the unique properties of each instructional strategy with the specific learning objectives for that week.
