Where Is the Conference Site?

The DoubleTree Hotel is located at 191 N. Los Robles Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101. Telephone (626) 792-2727 to make reservations (or FAX 626.795.7669).

Check-in Time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out Time is 12 Noon. Baggage storage is available. See also Conference Site page for more on the DoubleTree, plus hotel parking details.

    Those traveling together may want to make reservations with SuperShuttle for transportation to and from the airport/hotel. (More on other local shuttle service may be posted as we approach the fall of the year.)

    Coordination of rides to and from the airport is being handled by the Local Committee Travel Coordinator, Rhonda Rosen. Please contact Rhonda for details.

    Rhonda's Travel Tips:

    • For all those flying into the Burbank Airport and needing transportation to the DoubleTree Hotel, call 1-800-RedVans (733-8267) and make your reservation for shuttle service to the hotel. Cost: $14.00 per person each way ($28.00 round trip).
    • When you arrive at the airport, get your luggage (or if you are carrying luggage, go to the luggage claim area). Go across the street and to the second island, which is designated "Hotel Shuttle Pick Up." A Curb Coordinator there will signal to the Prime Time van that you need a lift. The Curb Coordinator will be wearing a red jacket and red hat for easy spotting.
    • Anyone with different transportation needs may call Rhonda Rosen at (310) 338-4584.
    • For all who would rather take a taxi, you may do so--the cost should be around $25.00 or $30.00.
