Hybrid Course Development: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Session Description:
About 18 months ago, Concordia began the process of moving from traditional face-to-face instruction to a hybrid model. The classes are taught in a five week format, involving a week-end face-to-face class and four weeks of online instruction. Currently there are 80 students in four cohorts enrolled in the program. The presentation chronicles the successes, problems, and frustrations encountered in this journey.
