Shifting the Paradigm in Conflict Resolution

Session Description: Conflict between individuals within an organization and between organizations has a significant impact on productivity and achievement of goals. Inability to resolve conflict often leads to "avoiding behavior" and "power struggles," both which make resolution less likely. In this session, we'll explore some paradigm shifting ways of thinking about conflict and conflict resolution.
