18th Annual Conference: Navigating Through the Tides of Change

Corporate Sponsorship at DET/CHE 2003:

As we did last year, all sponsor tables will be in the same room as the plenary sessions. This arrangement proved extremely popular with everyone as it gives sponsors ample time to meet and chat with DET/CHE members during breaks and meals—and by being in the same room as the presentations, sponsors will become more familiar with particular campus technology issues.
 Sponsorship Opportunities at DET/CHE 2003 are Available at:

Silver Level   $ 250.00
Gold Level   $ 500.00
Platinum Level $1,000.00

Included in sponsorship are registration, program, table, electrical connection, and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and access to all the tour areas on the Queen Mary and the Russian submarine. Sponsors will be acknowledged both in the program and at the microphone.

Membership in DET/CHE is not necessary to attend, but we encourage you and your organization to consider becoming Corporate members. Details are available on the web site under "Member Benefits."
Displays: (For Example: VENDOR TABLE DISPLAYS from Last Year)

Sponsor displays will be in The Queen's Salon on Wednesday, December 3rd, 8-5 and on Thursday, the 4th from 8-Noon. Here is a link that will give you an idea of the venue: Queen's Salon. To see the Vendor Setup for this 2003 Conference, click here.

A limited quantity of Internet connections should be available for display tables (we are told they are wiring that part of the ship but are not sure what the connection speed will be). If you require an Internet connection, let Brian know.

Goodies and items for give-aways are always welcome.    
Hotel Room Reservations:

From Southern California, call the Queen Mary (562) 432-6964 ~ All other areas call (800) 437-2934. Be sure to ask for the Directors of Educational Technology conference rate of $109.00 per night so that your stay is credited properly.
Parking:

The hotel charges $8.00 per day for hotel guests and conference attendees.
